The Mindful Mornings Jumpstart Challenge will run from January 2nd - January 20th.
We will meet over Zoom each weekday from 5:30 - 6:00 AM for a brief yoga asana practice followed by a short breath-work practice and meditation. Weekends will be times for you to practice on your own.
The Zoom Link will be available in the classroom and will also be emailed out on January 1st.
If you cannot make it live, these practices will be recorded and available for replay in our classroom.
